EJ brings 30+ years of real estate experience to deliver the optimal combination of asset, capital, operations, and risk for both WinCor investors and community residents.

Before WinCor, EJ led the Structured Investments Group “SIG” as a Principal at FCP, a national private equity firm with $3.9B of AUM. There, he directed the SIG strategy investing over $875MM of capital primarily in multifamily properties and raising over $925MM of institutional capital. Prior to FCP, he was a Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo managing a $1.2B portfolio of non-performing loans in the Special Situations Group and originating $800MM of structured loans in the Real Estate Merchant Bank. He started his career as a Project Engineer at The Whiting Turner Contracting Company, a top 10 national contractor.

EJ is currently an Adjunct Faculty member at The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University teaching the MBA Real Estate Private Equity course. 

EJ received both an MBA (Ross Business School) and Master of Engineering from University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University.
